Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising framing crews on multi-family or similar residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong jobsite coordination, scheduling, and sequencing skills.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA standards with regular safety meetings.
• Excellent leadership and communication to guide diverse teams.
• Experience with field reporting tools and digital documents.
• Previous superintendent/foreperson or lead framer in multi-family work preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade education a plus.
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions and walk uneven terrain.
• Reliable transportation to Jesup, GA site and on-site availability.
