With over 10 years of construction experience, you will prepare detailed estimates, analyze project requirements, and manage budgets. The ideal candidate is disciplined, communicates effectively, and thrives on accountability, ensuring high-quality results.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in framing or drywall.
• Ability to analyze and define project requirements based on specifications.
• Strong understanding of labor productivity and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for metal stud framing and drywall.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with estimates.
