Representing a leader in the construction industry in the Northeast, we are searching for an experienced Drywall/Light Gauge Metal Framing Estimator.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and evaluating drawings, specs and other documentation
• Preparing accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects
• Collaborate with PMs, architects and clients to identify project requirements, value engineering solutions, change orders and submit proposals on time

MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years experience as a Drywall/Light Gauge Metal Framing estimator of similar roles
• STRONG proficiency in OST and other estimating software
• Strong knowledge for construction materials, techniques and costs
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simunlanteously
• Familiarity with codes, regulations and compliance requirements
