Position Title: Lead Framing Carpenter

4050 Development, LLC, is a residential/commercial general construction company. We are looking for experienced carpenters for long-term, full-time employment. As a lead carpenter you will be tasked to complete projects such as full build custom homes, commercial buildings, and remodels.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

2-3 years of construction experience is required. Specifics include: basic concrete (foundations and flatwork) structural framing, siding, roofing, window/door installation, and interior finish carpentry (including cabinet installation).

Proficient in reading blueprints

Experience using basic construction hand tools (nail guns, saws, etc.)

Ability to operate skid steer and telehandler (preferred, not required)

Ensure safe working conditions at all times

Professional attitude and appearance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Teamwork and problem solving skills

Ability to complete projects within assigned timeline and budget

Basic computer and phone skills

Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle

Residing within driving distance to Ennis and surrounding areas
