Qualifications

• 3 years experience in frames/structures Design and Release.

Responsibilities

• Design and Release Engineering for Frame, Mounts, Spare Tire Winches, and/or Tow Hooks.
• Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Engineering Specifications to ensure robust designs.
• Lead frame structure designs to meet vehicle and component requirements.
• Resolve durability, assembly, and functional issues.
• Coach and mentor peers through Technical Club forums.
• Deliver cost reduction and warranty improvement benchmarks.
