Job summary

Michels Construction, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Project Superintendent - Foundations to lead multiple foundation projects, direct crews, and coordinate with the General Superintendent and safety staff to ensure high-quality work.

The role emphasizes safety, on-site leadership, and meeting tight deadlines on challenging projects; travel to long-term onsite sites is expected, with compensation reflecting experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures desired.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
• Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of workers by performing duties personally or through subordinates on multiple projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with the General Superintendent as well as Michels Safety staff, foreman, Project Managers, etc.
