Qualifications

• Read plans and specifications and do layouts.
• Plan and schedule daily crane usage with other trades.
• Perform the 3-week look-ahead.
• Lead and develop teams of tradesmen.
• Must have own tools and experience with structural concrete.
• OSHA safety certification a plus.
• 1 year of experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds, sometimes 50 pounds.
• Good eyesight, dexterity, and site navigation ability.

Responsibilities
