We are looking for a Lead Forklift Operator to join our team, requiring strong leadership and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle high-volume operations while fostering a positive work environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details:

• Type: Full Time
• Dress code: Business casual, Jeans, Polo (NO GRAPHIC T-shirts)
• Hours: Generally Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional holiday or weekend supervision. Schedule may vary based on operational needs.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure team safety and oversee daily operations including Customer Service, Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, and Inventory Control
• Implement safety protocols per State and Federal regulations
• Maintain communication with Management and warehouse team for smooth operations
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Improve processes to increase efficiency
• Manage operational activities within budget and schedule
• Support staffing, hiring, and training efforts
• Manage logistical aspects of operations

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Forklift license and minimum 3 years’ experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ warehouse experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results-oriented with attention to detail
• Organized and adaptable to changing priorities
• Proficient in MS Office

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull 10-50 pounds
• Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment
