Job summary
Feldkamp Mechanical in Columbus, Ohio seeks an experienced Foreman Plumber to lead plumbing crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. The role oversees daily jobsite activities, coordinates manpower and materials, and enforces safety standards.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities with extensive commercial/industrial plumbing experience and a commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Ohio Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 7 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Plan daily work assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
- Coordinate activities with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Monitor employee performance and promote a positive team environment.
