Job summary

Sander Groves Inc. seeks a Landscape Construction Foreman for high-end residential installations in Redmond, WA. You will lead a skilled crew, supervise site work, and ensure projects meet design and quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience with walls, paving, timber and drainage, plus machinery operation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with site work, walls, paving, timber, drainage, lawn and planting installations.
• Experience operating site machinery (Bobcat, excavators, loaders) and small equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete daily job tracking paperwork.
• Ability to read scaled landscape plans and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication to lead and motivate crew in a professional environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
