Job summary

Sander Groves Inc in Redmond, WA is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to perform outdoor tasks such as mowing, weeding, trimming, debris removal, digging and planting. You will join a three-person crew under the Crew Leader and help implement our landscape maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance experience, including mowing grass, edging, trimming hedges and bushes, removing weeds, and blowing debris.
• Experience applying fertilizers.
• Experience in site preparation and clearing debris.
• Experience with hand tools (rakes, shovels, hand pruners) and power equipment (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Willing to work as a team and take direction from Crew Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks to assist in maintenance of outdoor landscape properties: mowing, weeding, trimming, debris removal, digging and planting.
• Work as part of a 3-person crew reporting to the Crew Leader and implementing the landscape maintenance program.
