Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation repair projects in the Baltimore area. You will own safety, quality, and productivity from start to finish, mentoring crew members and ensuring each project reflects our commitment to customer homes.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, reviewing specifications, assigning crew tasks, installing products, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in field work.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess conditions on-site and plan work with crew assignments and order of work.
