Job summary

Groundworks in Minnesota is seeking a Foreman to lead our installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality and schedule. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor crew members and ensure work reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

As a frontline leader, you’ll assign duties, review specs, install products with the national team, and document all work while driving a company vehicle to sites.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, ability to motivate and work in a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Willingness to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assesses conditions on-site; plans work, assigns crew duties.
• Installs products with support from a national team.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service on-site.
• Ensures final documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supervises crew and trains Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives company vehicle to and from job sites.
• Reports to work on time every day.
