Your New Role as Our Commercial HVAC Installation Technician

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You\'ll dispatch directly from home to your job site with no need to report to a central location.

In this role, you\'ll lead on-site teams to install HVAC systems with precision and professionalism. You\'ll interpret blueprints, coordinate with other trades, and ensure every system is installed to spec—from piping and refrigeration lines to electrical and controls. You\'ll be the go-to expert on-site, keeping safety top of mind and projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Valid\'s driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Current HVAC EPA Universal license

Experience with ServiceTitan, leadership or management skills, gas and oil licenses, strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities, as well as ductwork experience are preferred.
