Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Lead Food Service Team Member to lead by example, support the team, and help deliver fresh food with exceptional customer service. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready to serve.

You will lead orientation and training for Team Members, provide friendly service, and prepare Maverik Bonfire items following our recipes and displays. This full-time role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
