Job summary

Maverik is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in Fayetteville to guide a fast-paced team and uphold top-notch customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring clean, well-prepared food displays.

The position requires flexibility for a 24/7 operation and food safety certification. You will model Maverik’s Get (Greet, Engage, and Thank) standards, lead orientation, and contribute to a memorable guest experience through consistent, friendly service and quality food

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train Team Members to meet Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) standards.
• Support the team to ensure proper and safe food preparation and presentation.
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and display Maverik Bonfire food items according to defined recipes and upkeep displays.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
