Maverik is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in Utah, Eagle Mountain, to lead by example, train teammates, and deliver fresh food and great customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will supervise food preparation, ensure safe handling and display of Maverik Bonfire items, and keep the kitchen and service area clean and organized for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and training of team members to ensure proper and safe food preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly interaction with customers.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
