Responsibilities

• Ensure timely meal service and supervise serving of meals.
• Respond to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Train employees and coordinate work assignments.
• Determine procedures, schedules, and workflow.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Manage cash handling as per policy.
• Order food and supplies from approved sources.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of facility and staff.
• Develop sanitation schedule and supervise adherence.
• Issue instructions and orient new staff; supervise training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
