Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead at Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud, Oklahoma. Qualifications

• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, and other at-risk conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation and coordinate work.
• Ensure sanitation of work areas and serving utensils.
• Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and directions.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and pull food items that do not meet quality.
