The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our higher education team in West Liberty, WV. As a lead foodservice worker, you will lead daily onsite operations by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure proper preparation and storage of food.
• Direct food service staff and operations to ensure successful meal service.
• Order food and paper products as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Train new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year's experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one year's experience in a supervisory role.
