You will oversee training, uphold Maverik’s GET standards, and help create memorable customer experiences while preparing Bonfire items and managing displays. The position offers full-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET customer service expectations, helping Team Members consistently deliver a friendly, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Support: Conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.
• Renowned Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Food Preparation & Display: Prepare and cook Maverik Bonfire food items by following recipes and maintaining displays.
