Job summary

Maverik is hiring a Lead Food Service Team Member in a full-time role at our 24/7 stores. You will lead by example, support your team, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining safe, clean food preparation areas.

You will model Maverik’s GET concept, train new Team Members, and deliver great customer experiences daily. The role includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays, with competitive starting pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train Team Members in Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service standards.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Prepare and display Maverik Bonfire food items following established recipes and maintain appealing displays.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and safe for service.
