TXB is seeking a Lead Food Service Associate to support store management, lead a small team, and ensure high-quality guest experiences at the Bryan location. You will assist in food preparation, service, and operations while upholding TXB’s standards of hospitality and integrity.

The role requires reliability, ability to train others, and a proactive approach to customer care. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on accuracy and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or food service.
• Ability to train or supervise other team members.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service per customer orders.
