Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Lead Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and food preparation inside a correctional facility. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site in a jail setting, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, assist, or instruct inmate labor in preparation of food items.
• Handle production and sanitation paperwork as required by facility procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and work areas.
• Follow institution requirements in preparation, oversight, and serving of meals.
• Follow housekeeping and safety practices as instructed.
• Store food and supplies following instructions.
• Prepare food for large groups in high-volume facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
