Formación

• 2 years of relevant experience in food service.
• FHC - Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days required.

• Leads staff in daily activities and assigns work, ensuring workflow and coverage.
• Assists with training staff and coordinating required in-services.
• Maintains food safety requirements according to HACCP and health department standards.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area following health department and facility rules.
