Job summary

The Minikahda Club in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Lead Food Runner / To-Go Food Coordinator responsible for delivering meals on property and managing the to-go order program during busy evenings and weekends.

The role requires leadership, strong coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teams, meticulous order accuracy, packaging, and clear communication with the front desk to ensure a smooth guest experience and uphold the club’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Experience coordinating takeout orders or to-go programs preferred.
• Experience training or leading peers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive food orders and verify accuracy before delivery.
• Transport food trays safely to designated tables.
• Maintain food quality during transportation and presentation.
• Assist servers and reset tables between courses.
• Prepare tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments before guest arrival.
• Lead the to-go order program during shifts and ensure all orders are tracked.
