Michael Foods, Inc. in Lenox, Iowa, known as the 'Pearl of the Prairie', is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in manufacturing pre-cooked egg patties with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating production and sanitation activities, coaching staff, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to GMPs, plant policies, and safety rules. Some overtime and minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• 2 or more years' supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.

Responsabilités

• Leads team to support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development.
• Maintains management informed about operational, quality, safety issues, employee concerns, and production cost control.
• Adheres to safe work practices, GMPs, and maintains product quality.
• Reports any conditions affecting food safety, quality, and personnel safety to management.
• Accountable for a safe and healthy workplace for everyone; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Develops self and team members' skill sets to improve standards and performance.
