Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on leading a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in food processing, familiarity with USDA and HACCP, and strong leadership and communication skills. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing
  • Familiarity with USDA and HACCP standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures, GMPs, safety standards, and global standards such as BRC

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain safety, quality, and production standards within the assigned department
  • Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices
  • Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets
  • Verify compliance with HACCP documents and monitor GMPs to uphold food safety standards
  • Apply BRC principles and relevant training to team members to ensure standards are maintained
