Job Summary and Qualifications

The Lead Food and Nutrition Services coordinates operations within the hospital, ensuring high-quality, sanitary, and compliant food service across multiple areas including patient meals, employee cafeteria, and catering.

• Evaluates and improves systems and processes.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations (TJC, OSHA, EEOC).
• Supports daily operations in all food service areas.
• Supervises assigned functions to maintain a clean and aesthetic environment.
• Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma (preferred).
• At least three years' experience in food services or hospitality (preferred).
• Knowledge of hospital operations and financial metrics (preferred).
• Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Handler Cards (required).
