Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Food and Beverage Procurement for the Supply Chain Team. This on-site role reports to the AVP, Global Hotel, F&B Procurement and requires expertise in procurement strategy, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration across shipboard and shoreside teams.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 5+ years of procurement experience, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Supply Chain Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Food and Beverage Procurement reporting to the AVP, Global Hotel, F&B Procurement.

The Lead acts as a subject matter procurement expert for the assigned goods and/or services. Research suppliers from a variety of usual and unusual sources. Confers with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule. Responsible for short- and long-term planning and strategizing for assigned goods and/or services.
