Job Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing a team of 2-3 installers and ensuring quality workmanship
2. Communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
4. Troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites
5. Driving a box truck and operating equipment such as floor grinders

Qualifications:

The position is full-time. Our lead installers earn $25-$35/hour plus overtime.
