MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician Lead to guide Floor Technicians in floor and carpet care for commercial properties. This role involves supervising, training, and ensuring timely completion of projects with a focus on quality and safety.

The position supports an inclusive, growth‑driven workplace with opportunities for advancement. Typical shifts include evenings on Monday–Friday with some weekends, and a starting wage of $20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in floor care.
• Experience effectively leading janitorial or floor care associates preferred.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train Floor Technicians to meet quality and timeliness standards for floor and carpet care on commercial properties.
• Manage special floor/carpet care projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to MasterCorp quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment at each site and office while ensuring efficient use of supplies and equipment.
• Review timesheets per job site and report maintenance issues as required by procedures.
• Perform floor care tasks: dust mop, buff, scrub, lay wax, strip wax, and carpet extraction/shampooing.
