Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Floor Tech in Irvine to maintain floor and carpet care at commercial properties. You will follow our mission and values, complete timesheets, and operate buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet extraction equipment.

The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs and availability for some weekends. We offer paid training, a benefits package (medical, vision, dental, PTO), and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as floor technician is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of floor and carpet care for commercial properties.
• Follow MasterCorp, Inc. mission and values in daily work.
• Complete timesheets accurately per site.
• Dust/mop/sweep hard floors; buff, scrub, wax as needed.
• Operate carpet extraction and shampooing equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure a safe working environment and efficient use of supplies.
