Qualifications

• Graduate of LVN or RN program and licensed in Indiana.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care and resident/family satisfaction on shift.
• Mentor and educate staff; coordinate care with physicians and other professionals.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders as allowed.
• Manage nursing personnel on shift to minimize overtime.
• Assess staff performance against unit standards and goals.
• Lead regular shift meetings and report updates to the DON.
