Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable technician to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors. This evening shift role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 12:30am, offering hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining carpet and hard surface floors.
• Willing to work evenings and weekdays (4:00pm-12:30am).
• Able to follow safety protocols and maintain cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of carpet and hard surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and ensure floors meet appearance standards.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
