Pickle Roofing Solutions is seeking an experienced Floor Tech Lead for an on-site role at a large industrial campus in Normal, IL. The position blends hands-on floor restoration with directing a small team, requiring deep trade knowledge and leadership to fix various floor surfaces.

The role features a 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., Sunday–Thursday) with a $27.00/hour pay, weekly pay, and overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on floor-care in industrial/commercial settings.
• Experience in lead or working-supervisor roles.
• Comfortable directing a small team nightly.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor-care operations across a large industrial campus.
• Diagnose floor conditions and select restoration processes.
• Oversee strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnishing, and carpet care.
• Operate and maintain floor-care equipment and select proper pads.
• Document cleaning activities and supervise nightly workflow.
