ServiceSource Inc. in Quantico, VA is seeking a Lead Floor Care Specialist to supervise floor cleaning, coordinate routine maintenance, and ensure safe, sanitary environments.

You will mentor a janitor, operate floor care equipment, and support floor-care scheduling while complying with security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain a DOJ Security Clearance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year janitorial experience required.
• 1 year floor care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Floor Care Janitor and coordinate daily floor care activities.
• Operate floor care equipment (burnishers, scrubbers, polishers, shampooers) to meet quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate floor care activities with minimal disruption to foot traffic.
• Maintain records of work completed and coordinate with Floor Care Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of chemicals, MSDS procedures, and equipment upkeep.
