Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Chattanooga seeks a Production Crew Chief to lead our specialty cleaning program, overseeing carpet cleaning, post-construction projects, and day-to-day crew management. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive a service van, and a willingness to train and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's license and be able to drive the service van.
• Experience with ServiceMaster training to Standard is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and potentially develop management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform floor cleaning and maintenance using ServiceMaster tools and procedures.
• Oversee specialty cleaning projects from carpets to post-construction work.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Open and lock facilities, manage security, and be punctual and reliable.
• Provide estimates and lead the crew to meet customer needs.
