Job summary

Growscape is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead Utility Operator teams, schedule tasks, and coordinate shift coverage. The role emphasizes lean practices and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with company values.

The candidate will oversee training, performance communication, and documentation, contributing to KPI-driven improvement and orderly shift transitions. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift huddle for Utility Operators.
• Schedule and assign shift responsibilities to Utility Operators.
• Coordinate shift break relief and training schedules; monitor execution.
• Manage work order change process; complete paperwork changes.
• Promote continuous improvement processes (SMED, 5S, Kaizen) and lean metrics.
• Lead by example following company values: Safety, Integrity, Commitment to Excellence, Teamwork, Service, Can-Do attitude.
• Act as fill-in supervisor; complete incident response training.
• Monitor workstation organization and cleanliness.
• Provide shift leadership and training to Utility Operators.
• Communicate shift performance to leadership and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Track department KPIs and implement repair/improvement plans.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
