Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Mechanics.
• Perform and oversee repairs on fleet equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using modern diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
