Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to service the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and complete repairs and modifications while documenting work and maintaining inventories.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and PC literacy. A valid driver’s license is essential, with safety and compliance at the forefront of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive vocational training preferred.
• Four+ years of fleet/automotive repair and maintenance experience.
• Welding and basic DC electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment.
• Document work performed and manage inventory using FedEx systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards and mentor technicians and trainees.
