Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 10+ years in food, ingredient, flavor, or CPG industry.
• Strong formulation expertise in beverages and dairy.
• Experience independently managing projects from brief to commercialization.
• Understanding of ingredient functionality and food processing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead flavor and food formulation projects from concept through commercialization as technical project leader.
• Develop beverage, dairy, and other formulations using IFF flavor technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, flavorists, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage multiple projects with clear work plans, timelines and communication strategies.
• Evaluate customer briefs to identify opportunities and propose optimal ingredients and processes.
• Support scale-up activities, plant trials, and commercialization with Quality/Production teams.
• Provide technical expertise during customer visits, presentations, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to regional/global innovation initiatives.
• Leverage new ingredients and formulations to drive commercial success.
