Job summary

Glass Doctor is hiring a Lead Flat Glass Service Professional in Meridian, Idaho. You will measure and install insulated glass units, storefront systems, and mirrors for residential and commercial applications, and lead a team of service professionals.

You will also perform sales and marketing activities to identify and upsell work while developing new customers, maintaining safety, and ensuring on-time project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience measuring and installing flat glass (residential/commercial)
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of glass professionals
• Strong customer interaction and sales/marketing capabilities
• Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Flat Glass Service Professionals
• Meet with team daily (15 min) and with Operations Manager (15 min)
• Schedule manpower and ensure timely customer service
• Sell glass services to customers and provide accurate field pricing
• Provide safety training and mentorship to the team
• Maintain equipment logs and complete reports on time
• Support hiring decisions and uphold quality workmanship
