Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. No degree is required; a national fitness certification or the ability to obtain one is needed.

You will motivate members, ensure proper form, and explain heart-rate focused training concepts. We offer compensation ranging from $30 to $45 per session, plus cash incentives, a direct six-month career track to Head Fitness Coach, perks like PTO and a wellness

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities
