You will read installation manuals and blueprints, install gas/wood-electric fireplaces, and coordinate with teams to deliver exceptional homeowner experiences while maintaining clean, safe job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fireplace installation experience preferred.
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of gas fireplaces, venting systems, and installation best practices.
• Ability to read installation manuals, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various environments.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• RMGA certification or willing to get one with company assistance

Responsibilities

• Lead residential fireplace installation projects from start to finish.
• Install gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplaces.
• Install venting, chimney, and gas systems according to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Mentor and train apprentice and junior installers.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Perform system startup, testing, and final inspections.

• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.

Comfort Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Fireplace Installer to oversee residential fireplace installations while setting the standard for safety, craftsmanship, and customer service.
