Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a self-motivated Fire Sprinkler Lead Technician to join a dynamic team in the United States. You will lead service, installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring high quality workmanship and compliance with NFPA standards.

Seeking candidates with 3–5 years of experience; apprenticeship programs provide pathways for growth. Competitive pay, weekly payroll, and comprehensive benefits are offered across multiple district offices.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience installing fire sprinkler pipe systems, pumps and valves.
Able to work alone and/or as part of a team.
Strong math, mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and customer service.
Read/write/communicate with employees and customers.
Operate a computer and tablet.
Understand NFPA 13 and 25 codes.

Responsibilities

Perform service, maintenance and repair of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action and deluge.
Identify trouble areas and perform service efficiently.
Sprinkler and backflow systems installation, repair, & service.
Install/hang sprinkler systems and components per NFPA and engineering guidelines.
Repair and/or replace sprinkler components, including fire pumps.
Disassembly, repair, and installation of sprinkler and backflow valves; inspect systems.
