Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Houston, Texas is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on fire sprinkler projects, ensure safety, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in installation of fire sprinkler systems, pipefitting, or fire protection codes and standards.
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions with attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to establish productivity onsite and set goals for employees.

Responsibilities

• Leads an installation team and may oversee a large job with multiple crews on location.
• Conducts daily site inspections and follows designed plans.
• Responsible for materials delivered to site and for minor fabrication on site, and documents change orders.
• Conducts weekly safety meetings with teams.
