Job summary

Allied Fire Protection in Austin, TX is seeking an Inspector to lead and execute fire protection inspections across multiple systems including sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, and hood suppression. The role requires staying current with NFPA standards and maintaining state licenses such as RME-I and backflow certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• NICET level for their trade and applicable TX license.
• Strong understanding of NFPA standards.
• Current TX Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties inspecting Fire Sprinkler systems and related components.
• Inspect Fire Alarm systems and related components.
• Inspect Extinguisher/Hood/Special Hazard systems and documentation.
• Lead large inspections and mentor technicians.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and timely submittal of inspection reports and forms.
• Support and participate in company SOPs and client satisfaction.
