Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of West Mesa is seeking a Lead Fire and Water Restoration Technician in Mesa, AZ to supervise crews and manage fire, water and smoke projects. You will perform water extraction, structural drying, moisture mapping, and coordinate cleanup while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You must have 2+ years in restoration with a customer‑first attitude and be available for on‑call emergencies, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fire and water damage restoration.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willing to work nights/weekends for emergencies.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration crews on fire, water, and smoke damage job sites.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment.
• Execute fire and smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration.
• Operate and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and thermal imaging tools.
• Document job progress, moisture readings, and scope of work for insurance and project records.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Ensure job sites meet IICRC standards and company quality benchmarks.

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
