Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record.
• Fire alarm system installation and diagnostics experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Massachusetts MA Class B or D license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs.
• Lead and execute fire alarm system installations.
• Program and commission fire alarm systems (preferred).
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to build division processes.
• Oversee Tests & Inspections.
• Train technicians on Test & Inspection processes.
